LIFT is built around strength and hypertrophy. If you are keen for a weights based sesh that focuses on each individual muscle group then hit up our LIFT classes!
Throughout the week expect to train your chest and triceps, legs, back and biceps, shoulders & abs and of course booty!

FIT
FIT classes focus on conditioning and cardiovascular fitness. They will have you sweating, burning maximal calories and will work on all of your fitness systems.
Build your work capacity, aerobic endurance, power and speed in our upper, lower and full body FIT classes.

SMASHER
Finish every week off with our notorious 1 hour SMASHER class, a hybrid of both LIFT and FIT styles. This is a partnered or team effort with 60 minutes of epic vibes!
